Keio University’s GIC Center was established in 2016 with a focus on international and interdisciplinary education and has been offering classes in foreign languages available to all undergraduate students. In AY 2024, the center began to offer classes taught collaboratively by multiple faculty members in an effort to further enhance the program.
Yukichi FUKUZAWA, the founder of our university, had a strong interest in the wider world and encouraged an active exchange of ideas between people with truly open minds. This vision continues to guide the GIC today.
